Henriëtte Swijgman

General practitioner

I was born in Maastricht in 1962 and raised in Brussel and Rotterdam. I have been a general practitioner since 1994 and my practice has been located in Maastricht centre since 1998 and it is a real “city practice” now. I have acquired diverse experience as a researcher in neurobiology, an addiction specialist, a cosmetic doctor and I followed a phlebologist study programme in Rotterdam. Until 2004, I was affiliated as a teacher in the Family Medicine department of the Medical Faculty, where I am now, since then, a GP educator.

I‘m married and have two daughters.
