Using the Patient Portal you can get digitally in touch with our General Practice. We offer you the following options:

You can ask a question in a secured environment and will receive an answer within 48 hours.
Order prescriptions
For ordering your repeated prescriptions.
Register Online
Patients who live within the postal code areas 6211, 6212, 6213, 6214, 6219 and 6221 can contact Huisartsenpraktijk Poort van Gaveren.
You can register by using our patient portal. We will send you a confirmation of your registration by email within three working days. You will also be invited for an introductory meeting, which is certainly important if you have a medical history and use chronic medication, other than the birth control pill or hay fever medication.
We kindly ask you to inform your previous GP about your registration with our practice. After we have received your registration, we will request your medical information from your previous general practitioner. The transmission of this will follow digitally.
